Requirements for becoming a mentor

You are a giver, not taker, and want to support the NewSpace community. Significant space industry experience or a deep interest in transferring knowledge from other sectors. A successful entrepreneurial or executive background. Strong communication and mentoring skills. Commitment and reliability in working with the teams.
